Eucharist

As part of our RE unit ‘Why do Christians Celebrate Eucharist’, we attended Holy Trinity Church this morning to see what happens in church during a Eucharist service. After the service, Rev. Nancy, Andrew and Ian spent time answering our questions about Eucharist.

Many thanks to the congregation of Holy Trinity Church for welcoming us into the church, and to Rev. Nancy, Andrew and Ian for generously giving up some time to answer our questions.

Mince Pie Mayhem!

The children in Class 11 tasted a traditional mince pie, designed their own linked to a country of their choice and eventually made their mince pie too! There were some very original flavour combinations!

The children thoroughly enjoyed the preparation and baking process.

Here are some pictures of us hard at work…

Bethlehem the Musical!

Yesterday, we performed our Christmas play, ‘Bethlehem the Musical’, in Holy Trinity Church. It was a fantastic play and all the children performed well, whether they were singing or acting (or both!).

A huge thank you to Holy Trinity for welcoming us and for allowing us to perform this special event in the church. Also, thank you to parents for your support and for supplying costumes and props where needed.
