Complaints

On occasions, parents/carers may have a concern, question or even a complaint. It is our goal to work with parents/carers at all times to ensure a swift resolution of any issue. The very large majority of questions can be answered, in the first instance, by the class teacher.

If the problem persists or you feel the issue needs to be escalated then you should contact the deputy headteacher or headteacher via the school office.

Should the problem continue, or if the query or complain is about the headteacher please contact the Chair of Governors, again, via the school office.
