Class 6

On Monday, we were lucky enough to enjoy groups of children working together from YR-Y6!

Mr Haworth was outside, enjoying an activity all about ‘Feeding the 5000’

Miss Liversidge was enjoying designing pebbles and pebble painting which are now around our school pond.

Miss Todd enjoyed a day of drama, recreating the most iconic scenes about the Stories of Jesus.

 

On Monday, the children from Classes 6,7 and 8 were fortunate enough to visit Liverpool’s World Museum as part of their Ancient Egyptian topic! The children had a fantastic time exploring the museum and being able to catch a glimpse of a real life mummy!

In our English lessons, Classes 6, 7 and 8 have been focusing on poetry! So far this week, we have listened to poetry, wrote our own verb poem and yesterday we practiced performing different types of poetry.

Children were asked to focus on their expression and bringing the poem to life!
